Netus holds information about you and about the people you know. Here is where it is stored, who can access it and how you can manage it.

Your page is not indexed by search engines: only people who receive the link can see it.

Your AI assistant

You decide how far it can go.

When you connect Claude or ChatGPT, you choose one of three access levels. Without a connection, the assistant sees nothing.

    Browses your network without changing it.

  2. Most used

    Read and write

    Browses and updates, just as you would.

    • Everything read only can do
    • Logging interactions and to-dos
    • Adding contacts, moving follow-ups
    • Not included: Deleting

  3. Including deletion

    Full access, for those who manage Netus entirely from the assistant.

    • Everything read and write can do
    • Deleting contacts, interactions, notes and to-dos

Access can be revoked at any time from your assistant’s settings, for example from Claude’s connectors.

The people in your contact book

Their data stays between you and Netus.

The people you add receive no notification, and your notes stay private. Their data never leaves Netus, not even through the site’s usage statistics, which never contain names.

In your control

You can take everything with you, at any time.

  • Full export

    From your profile, without having to contact us: an archive with everything you have entered.

  • Archiving

    A contact you no longer follow can be archived instead of deleted: it leaves your reminders and can be restored.

  • Account deletion

    From your profile, at any time. All data and photos are removed.

Cookies

Statistics start only if you say yes.

Consent is given and withdrawn with the same effort: from the banner, or from the “Manage cookies” link at the bottom of every page.

Questions about your data

Is Netus GDPR compliant?
Yes. You can export or delete everything at any time, without going through us.
What happens to my data if I delete my account?
It is deleted. Before doing so, you can export everything to a file that stays yours.
Can my AI assistant see all my contacts?
Only if you connect it, and with the access level you choose: read only, read and write, or including deletion.
Are the people I add notified?
No. What you write about a contact stays private.
