The Today screen brings together, in a single view, overdue contacts, the people to reach this week, upcoming to-dos and the day's meetings.

  • Log a contact straight from the list, without opening the contact page
  • Follow-ups for the whole week, not only the overdue ones

Cadence

You decide how often to stay in touch.

Weekly, monthly, every six months, or none at all: you set a cadence for each person, and Netus works out the due dates accordingly. When a person belongs to a category, the suggested cadence is the category's own.

  • Custom categories, each with its own cadence: for example, thirty days for a client and six months for a recruiter
  • When the actual frequency drifts from the one you set, Netus suggests updating it. A declined suggestion is not proposed again
  • The date of the next contact can always be changed
Relationship Score

A score from 0 to 100, updated automatically.

It measures the health of each relationship by comparing how often and how well you stay in touch with the cadence you set. It declines as time passes, so it flags the relationships that are cooling down while there is still time.

  • Three levels you can read at a glance: healthy, cooling down, overdue
  • The contact map shows your entire network, organised by category
  • The score is calculated for contacts with a cadence set
Timeline and memories

The complete history of every relationship.

Meetings, emails, calls and messages, in chronological order on each person's page. Alongside them, the personal details worth remembering: family, interests, ongoing projects. At the next contact, the conversation picks up where it left off.

  • An interaction can involve several people, such as a dinner or a meeting
  • Personal notes organised by type: family, hobbies, interests, projects, goals
  • A record of the introductions made between your contacts
To-dos and meetings

Tasks and meetings, linked to each contact.

“Send the report to Laura”, “Introduce Sofia to Marco”: every to-do is attached to a contact's page and shows up in Today when it is due. Meetings go into your calendar, even more than one per person.

  • Deadlines always in view: “2 days overdue”, “due tomorrow”
  • Meetings can be exported to Google Calendar or to your smartphone's calendar
  • When a meeting is scheduled, the reminder is pushed back accordingly
Import

Import only the contacts that matter.

From a Google Contacts CSV file, a LinkedIn export, your smartphone's address book or the QR code on a business card. Netus recognises the format, normalises names and lets you choose whom to import.

  • Contacts already in your address book are recognised, and duplicates merged
  • After the import, a guided flow to assign category and cadence
  • Quick manual entry, one contact at a time
Your QR code and your page

Your digital business card.

Your QR code holds your complete business card: anyone who scans it saves your details to their contacts, even offline, and can leave you theirs. After the meeting, the people you met can find you again on your personal page: a short address, not indexed by search engines.

Every gesture towards a person earns points, and points unlock medals. Netus rewards how much you improve your relationships, not how much you use it.
