How it works

Ten minutes today. Then Netus takes over.

Setup takes a few minutes, and the first reminder arrives the next day. Here is the path, from the first sign-in to the first week.

  • 2 minAccount
  • 5 minContact import
  • 3 minCadences
  • ≈ 10 minTo get started

The path, in five steps

  1. Create your account

    Day one · 2 minutes

With an email address or a Google account, and no credit card. A short guided setup configures categories and cadences, and an introductory tour presents the main features.

  2. Import your key contacts

    Day one · 5 minutes

From Google Contacts, your LinkedIn export or your phone's address book. Before the import you select who to include: there is no need to copy your entire address book, only to focus on the people who matter to your career.

  3. Set the cadences

    Day one · 3 minutes

One person at a time: choose the category, and the category suggests how often to be in touch. Netus makes suggestions where it can, but the choice remains yours, and anyone you are not yet sure how to classify can be skipped.

  4. Receive your reminders

    From the next day

Every morning, at the time you prefer: on the Today screen, as a notification or in the email digest. Overdue contacts, those coming due this week and your open to-dos.

  5. Log the interaction

Every time you are in touch

One click from the Today screen, or a sentence to your AI assistant. The Relationship Score goes up, the next due date is recalculated and your Netuscore earns points.

Who does what

You take care of the people. Netus takes care of the rest.

Your role

A few seconds at a time

  • Writing to the right person at the right moment
  • Logging every interaction, with one click
  • Adding, where useful, a note on what was discussed and the next steps

Netus suggests, you decide

The role of Netus

Every day, automatically

  • Calculating due dates from the cadence you set
  • Updating the Relationship Score over time
  • Suggesting a change of cadence when the actual frequency changes, leaving the decision to you
Questions about day one

Before you start.

How long does it take to get started?
A few minutes. You import your main contacts, decide who to follow and how often, and the first reminder arrives the next day.
Do I have to update it every time?
No, and that is precisely its purpose. An interaction takes a few seconds to log from the reminder, or through your AI assistant. Scores, due dates and the day's priorities update automatically.
What happens if I ignore a reminder?
Nothing irreversible. The person stays overdue and the score goes down until you are back in touch. You can also postpone the follow-up.
