77 questionsWhat exactly is Netus?
A personal CRM. You keep the people who matter to your career in one place, and Netus reminds you when it is time to get back in touch. It does not manage sales or teams — only your network.
Who uses it?
People whose careers are built on relationships: MBA students and alumni, consultants, executives, founders, professionals in transition. If you know more people than you can keep up with, Netus is for you.
How is it different from an address book or a spreadsheet?
An address book stores. Netus tells you when to act. The difference is that you do not have to remember to open it.
Do I have to update it every time?
No — that is the reason it exists. You log an interaction with one tap from the reminder, or dictate it to your AI assistant. Scores, due dates and the day's priorities update on their own.
How does the Relationship Score work?
A number from 0 to 100 that measures the health of a relationship. It considers how often you are in touch compared with the cadence you chose, how deep the relationship is and the quality of your exchanges. It decreases on its own as time passes: there is nothing to update.
Can I decide how often to contact each person?
Yes. For each person you choose a cadence — monthly, quarterly, twice a year — and Netus calculates the due dates from it.
What happens if I ignore a reminder?
Nothing irreversible. The contact stays overdue and the score keeps decreasing until you get back in touch. You can also postpone the follow-up.
Data and privacy

Yes. It is hosted in the European Union, encrypted and visible only to you: we do not sell it and we do not use it to train anything.
Where is it physically hosted?
On servers located in the European Union.
Is Netus GDPR compliant?
Yes. You can export or delete everything at any time, without having to go through us.
Who can see my contacts?
No one but you. Netus is not a social network: there are no public profiles, visible connections or feeds.
Do you use my data to train AI models?
No.
What happens to my data if I delete my account?
It is deleted. Beforehand, you can export everything to a file that remains yours.
Are the people I add notified?
No. What you write about a contact stays private.

55 questionsWhat does connecting Netus to ChatGPT or Claude mean?
You paste an address into your assistant's connectors, once. From then on you can ask “Who should I get back to this week?” or say “I had coffee with Sofia, log it.”
Does my AI assistant see all my contacts?
Only if you connect it, and with the access level you choose: read only, read and write, or delete as well.
Which assistants does it work with?
With any service that supports MCP connectors — currently Claude and ChatGPT among the main ones.
What is the Chrome extension for?
It is coming soon. A tab will appear on LinkedIn profiles: one click shows that person's Netus card. If the person is not in Netus yet, it creates the card with name, role and company already filled in. And when a meeting ends, it suggests who attended.
Do I need the Mac app?
No. It will be a panel in the notch that keeps the people to contact always in view, and it is coming soon. Netus works entirely in the browser.

Is it public?
It is not indexed by Google. You share it yourself, one person at a time.
Do I have to fill it in?
No, it is optional. If you do, you can stop wherever you like: empty sections are not shown.

Netus is free during the launch phase. When it becomes a paid service, anyone who has already signed up will get a reserved price: the details are on the Pricing page.
Do I need a credit card to try it?
No.
How do I add contacts?
Import a CSV file from Google Contacts or from your LinkedIn export, or add them one at a time. Netus recognises the format and merges duplicates.
How many contacts can I have?
There is no limit during the launch phase.
Can I export everything?
Yes, whenever you want. No lock-in.
What if I stop using it?
Your data remains yours: you can export it at any time, even afterwards.
